Montagno Construction completed a comprehensive interior renovation of the Rowayton Community Center, an important community asset. The work involved three levels of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, flooring, ceilings, crown molding and beams, windows, doors, frames, and painting. We performed a gut rehab of the stairwells, restrooms, and kitchen, as well as the removal of two layers of poured cement over existing stone floors. The renovation also included updating the conference room, offices, game room, and gathering space. Additionally, we partnered with the District to improve accessibility throughout the facility.
