Montagno Construction served as Construction Manager as Advisor for the new Woodbury Senior and Community Center, a pivotal facility for the Town of Woodbury. The center was constructed on a challenging hillside site behind the existing town hall and police station, which required careful site access planning and preparation. The finished center is fully accessible and features a variety of amenities for the senior community, including community meeting spaces, game rooms, an exercise room, a kitchen, public computer access, and office spaces. Funded by State and Federal sources, the project was completed in just 9 months, enhancing the town’s resources for its senior population.
