Luvata

Luvata is a world leader in metal solutions manufacturing and related engineering services, providing problem-solving products to industries such as renewable energy, power generation, automotive, medicine, air-conditioning, industrial refrigeration, and consumer products.

Montagno Construction was hired by the City of Waterbury to build a 2-story, 14,000 sf shell office space for Luvata on a city-owned, federally registered brownfield. The foundation required 74, 40-foot deep micropiles. We also oversaw construction of the entire building envelope, all roof top units, in-floor mechanicals, and stub-ups for mechanicals and plumbing.

At a cost of approximately $3,000,000, we completed this project in less than a year.
