Brookfield Village

Montagno Construction completed construction of two buildings with 48 units of affordable
apartment housing and 11,500 sf of commercial space. Phase 2 currently under way includes 40 units of market rate apartments and an additional 16,400 sf retail. Total square footage is over 120,000 sf and the whole project is Energy Star Rated. A HERS rater verified that the project met its air-tightness targets.

Touted as a catalyst to a new town center in Brookfield, this development serves residents and the community at large including commuters. Our scope also included site preparation and all new infrastructure for the project. Phase 1 was funded by CHFA, LIHTC, and DOH with CHRO requirements.
