Montagno Construction served as the general contractor for the addition and renovation of Carriage Manor, a 15,000 square-foot residential care facility. The project blended historical architectural detailing with modern conveniences, including the installation of the building’s first elevator, a spa room, a salon, and a stunning skylighted atrium that seamlessly connects the original 19th-century mansion to the new addition. Renovations included a complete overhaul of the facility’s kitchen, the replacement of all windows, and the installation of a new roof, along with an upgraded generator. This privately funded project was completed at a total cost of $2.9 million, enhancing both the functionality and charm of this historic care facility.
