Montagno Construction renovated various components of a decommissioned church campus into a functional space for Brass City Charter School, transforming it into a gymnasium, cafeteria, offices, and classrooms, along with performing necessary code compliance work. Much of the renovation was carried out during a summer shutdown, but the project continued while school was in session. As construction manager, Montagno Construction provided multiple budget revisions to accommodate fluctuating funding commitments and supervised over $5,000,000 worth of work within a 12-week period. The completed space includes a gymnasium and locker rooms on one side, with a music studies area located on the opposite side of the former sanctuary.
