Montagno Construction was responsible for the expansion and renovation of The Jefferson House, an existing skilled nursing facility. The project included the construction of a 5,000 square-foot addition, followed by the renovation of the connecting wing. Our scope of work encompassed overseeing the installation of new electric and gas services, as well as the relocation of the water service. Completed in under a year at a cost of just over $2 million, the project was executed efficiently and on schedule. While not required by sustainability mandates, Montagno Construction proactively suggested energy-saving improvements, including upgrades to the lighting and HVAC systems, to enhance the facility’s efficiency and long-term performance.
