The Residence at Bowfield Green, a new construction project comprising 77 market-rate apartments and 7,000 square feet of commercial space. This development features a mix of 28 studio apartments, 42 one-bedroom apartments, 7 two-bedroom apartments, and 4 retail storefronts.

The project site, formerly two vacant lots and an old car dealership, underwent extensive remediation to address its Brownfield status. The new downtown Windsor location is situated just 1/2 mile from the Windsor train station and offers convenient walking access to a 95-acre open space. This project was funded by the developer owner.
