The ELLE development project is focused on the partial adaptive re-use of an existing building, transforming it into a three-story structure with 49 residential units situated on a 1.8-acre site. The project is funded through the 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) provided by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), along with additional financial support from the Department of Housing. This development aims to provide affordable housing options, revitalizing the area while meeting the community’s growing housing needs.
