The New Britain Chrysalis Townhomes is a new 28-unit development located in the heart of the Little Poland neighborhood of New Britain. This transformative project repurposes a vacant lot into a vibrant, mixed-income residential community, offering 28 two-bedroom units designed to provide high-quality housing for families facing homelessness or domestic violence. The development is partially funded through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, with additional financing secured through a permanent mortgage from the State of Connecticut Department of Housing. This project aims to support the community by offering safe, affordable housing options while contributing to the neighborhood’s revitalization.
