Montagno Construction completed a major addition and renovation at the rear of Naugatuck’s historic fire department headquarters. The project involved selective demolition and the construction of a 5,000-square-foot, two-story, four-bay garage with offices above. We also fully renovated the existing structure, which included the restoration of the historic firehouse with new windows, a new roof, masonry restoration, and new overhead doors to accommodate larger apparatus. Interior fit-out for offices, sleeping quarters, kitchen, and meeting spaces was completed, along with the installation of all new infrastructure and MEP systems.
