The redesigned dining area now showcases high-end wood ceiling beams, intricate ceramic tile flooring, and custom designer banquettes. In the lobby, premium upgrades included the installation of $50,000 designer glass mirrors, along with new carpeting, flooring, molding, windows, and light fixtures, creating a warm and inviting environment for residents and visitors alike.
