Montagno Construction completed an interior renovation of the Cromwell Belden Public Library, including the redesign of the circulation desk and the modernization of the children’s area. A key feature of the project was transforming an enclosed courtyard between the library and the Town Hall into a heated interior event space with accessible restrooms for the town. The renovation work involved careful coordination to replace HVAC and fire protection systems, as well as upgrades to finishes, lighting, plumbing, walls, and site work. All of this was completed while the library and Town Hall remained open, occupied, and fully operational throughout the duration of the project.
