Our Leadership

Kurt Montagno

Kurt Montagno, founder and President of Montagno Construction, has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry across Connecticut and surrounding states. He has held leadership roles in construction supervision, project management, estimating, business management, and executive oversight. As Principal in Charge, Kurt ensures the success of every project and upholds the company’s commitment to excellence and its AA/EOE policy.

Anthony Montagno

Anthony Montagno, Vice President of Operations at Montagno Construction, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University. With expertise in budgeting, scheduling, owner communication, and subcontractor relations, he ensures the successful delivery of quality projects.

Fran Montagno

As Corporate Secretary, Fran Montagno oversees the financial and human resource operations at Montagno Construction. With a background in bookkeeping and accounting, Fran began her career at CityTrust Bank before joining the company. Since then, she has played a key role in guiding Montagno Construction from a small commercial operation to the financially strong, regional firm it is today.

Niki Montagno

Niki Montagno handles payroll and accounting support functions at Montagno Construction. With a keen attention to detail, she ensures the smooth processing of financial operations, contributing to the company’s efficient day-to-day operations. Niki’s role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the firm.
